The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products created and sold by Little Heart Fairy.

All work and creations is carried out on the understanding that the customer has agreed to Little Heart Fairy's terms and conditions.

 

It is a condition of all sales that you have read and agreed with our ‘Safety Warning and Care’ guidelines and ‘Shipping’ terms and ‘refunds, returns and exchanges’ policy as outlined in the following links:

The product you purchase must be used as intended and not altered or modified in any way. Doing so may result in a product becoming unsafe for use or wearing out faster than intended.

All products sold will be sold with a safety warning and care instruction sheet attached to the product. Do not remove this sheet if you are giving it as a gift. This card must be retained for reference on how to properly use and care for each item purchased.

All products sold by Little Heart Fairy must be used with strict adult supervision at all times. If the product will be used by multiple caregivers, please ensure they understand how to use the product correctly and safely and with constant supervision.

All products must be thoroughly inspected before every single use. A thorough inspection means visually inspecting the product and physically manipulating the product as per the ‘safety warning and care instructions’ outlined for each product sold on the safety and care page on the website.

Our Little Heart Fairy employees will not be held liable for any injury or death caused by the use of a product sold by Little Heart Fairy.

All products handmade by Little Heart Fairy are designed and made by a person, and produced using natural wood products and safe silicone beads, hand tools and machinery in our workshop. Each product is finished and packaged by hand. We always aim for high quality designs and workmanship, but remember you are purchasing a hand made product and we can’t guarantee robotic, mass produced factory perfection.

Our Little Heart Fairy employees hand make each product in accordance with mandatory safety standards and are inspected thoroughly before sold to ensure they are of high standard.

​

All of our products are shipped in good working order. If for some reason you receive a product that is broken or faulty, please contact us immediately via email and we will work with you to resolve this.

​

For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or swapping of products for any incorrect ordering or due to change of mind, so please ensure you have chosen the correct product to suit your needs. This includes products still in their packaging.

Copyright is retained by Little Heart Fairy on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.
