ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order, you should then expect an email to let you know your order has been shipped and is on the way!

Order before 12pm and your products will be ready same day unless you have been notified otherwise.
Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order number will be needed for pickup.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is now available if you live within the radius linked below.
If you live outside of the radius, you will have to opt into our delivery option via AnPost.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the 'Free Local Delivery' shipping option.
Free local delivery is available for addresses within Central Dundalk only. If the 'Free Local Delivery' option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for this option.
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next day we are open.
If you qualify for our free local delivery service, your products will be hand delivered by our courier. You will receive a confirmation text or email to let you know your products are ready and will soon be delivered. Our driver will not proceed to your location until you have confirmed someone is available to collect and pay for your items ordered (if you have chosen the cash on delivery option).
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days via An Post.
Flat rate shipping fee of €4 applies to orders shipping outside Central Dundalk, Co. Louth.
We do not ship outside of Ireland and United Kingdom at this time.
If you wish to contact us about shipping to another Country, feel free to do so and we may be able to accomodate your request.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping to Ireland and UK only for orders over €50.
REFUND, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or swapping of products for any incorrect ordering or due to change of mind, so please ensure you have chosen the correct product to suit your needs. This includes products still in their packaging. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lhfairycreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
